Numpy is looking good on Debian Buster!

The x265 video encode performance is much faster with the newer Debian Testing on GCC8.

Debian Buster performance is looking pretty good! Of the 183 benchmarks run, Debian Buster Testing was faster in 121 of the cases... Granted, some of the tests where Buster was losing out were scenarios like timed code compilation where understandably the newer GCC compiler is producing code slower than the former due to more optimization passes, etc. Those wishing to dig through this plethora of Debian Linux benchmarking data can find it on OpenBenchmarking.org.
