GCC 8 Through GCC 11 Stable Plus GCC 12 Compiler Benchmarks

eSpeak-NG is performing better on GCC 12 after seeing lower performance on GCC 10/11.

FinanceBench has performed much better with GCC 10 and newer.

Out of 140 different tests carried out, when taking the overall geometric mean the performance was fairly flat for this Intel x86_64 workstation between GCC 8 and GCC 12 with only very slight improvements to note but for individual workloads as noted there tended to be some cases of improvements and regressions on the newer releases.
