It took no time at all to see the impressive evolution of the Intel integrated graphics over the past roughly half-decade. Going from the Gen9 UHD graphics to Meteor Lake with Arc Graphics for the GravityMark Vulkan test yielded 6.9x the frames per second. The graphics leap alone from Alder Lake to Meteor Lake was very impressive.

Making the results all the more impressive was the power efficiency with Meteor Lake. The average SoC power consumption during GravityMark was 20.8 Watts and a peak of 37.1 Watts compared to the Core i7 1280P in the MSI Prestige 14 Evo notebook nearly doubled at a 39 Watt average and 66 Watt peak... Even for Tiger Lake was a 23 Watt average and 39 Watt peak.

On a performance-per-Watt basis the GravityMark results were stunning for Meteor Lake.

The results for 3DMark Wild Life natively on Linux for Vulkan were also showing the huge generational gains made by Meteor Lake's integrated Arc Graphics.
