Further Exploring The Intel Tiger Lake Core i7-1165G7 Performance On Ubuntu Linux

Moving outside of the graphics workloads to explore other CPU performance....

Wow! Like with some of the graphics tests, something about Ubuntu 20.10 is yielding some nice uplift. And the likes of WebP image encoding were among the tests where Tiger Lake wasn't beating out Ice Lake. But now with Ubuntu 20.10, the performance is much better on Tiger Lake but doesn't show up similarly on the newer kernel paired with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS... And it's not due to general Ubuntu 20.10 optimizations like the upgraded toolchain as I've been testing 20.10 on many boxes already and seen no other such cases of pleasant performance improvements.

But then when hitting some of the multi-threaded, heavier workloads like NAMD, we see Ubuntu 20.10 now regressing the performance noticeably...
