Benchmarking The Performance Overhead To Linux's Proposed FGKASLR Security Feature
The performance of random reads and random writes were lowered with FGKASLR on top of the KASLR impact alone that is already the default protection offered by most Linux kernel builds.
In tests like Blogbench and Sockperf there was a smaller but measurable hit from FGKASLR.
While the Ethr network test didn't see much impact from KASLR alone, with FGKASLR it was about 4% slower.
