Linux 5.0 To Linux 5.9 Kernel Benchmarking Was A Bumpy Ride With New Regressions

When running Redis itself Linux 5.9 was a low point for that key-value store. That may be tied into another Linux 5.9 regression documented later in this article but that is still going through further testing.

TensorFlow Lite was also showing some minor slowdowns on Linux 5.5+ too... Though for that I haven't had the the time to investigate that for what would be a much older and still active regression.

But then came the second big doozy.
