Nouveau Re-Clocking Is Way Faster, Shows Much Progress For Open-Source NVIDIA

Once re-clocking is fully working for hitting the Kepler GPU highest performance states, dynamic re-clocking then figured out, and dynamic fan management then tackled, the Nouveau driver will pose much more serious competition to the closed-source NVIDIA Linux graphics driver.

Besides those shortcomings though, re-clocking still needs to be finished up for Fermi GPUs and other generations of NVIDIA GPUs.
