NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 To RTX 2080 Ti Graphics/Compute Performance

The generational performance improvement from Pascal to Turing still isn't as great from Maxwell to Pascal, but with Deus Ex: Mankind Divided there are steady performance improvements and also for the power efficiency too.

Rise of the Tomb Raider that was released for Linux earlier this year and rendered using Vulkan sees very nice improvements with the RTX 2080 Ti. The GTX 680 fails to run this game due to Vulkan memory errors, but from the GTX 780 Ti to RTX 2080 Ti was about three times faster.
