The AMD Radeon PRO W7800 is set to retail for $2499 USD while the Radeon PRO W7900 will command a $3999 price tag.

But all the benchmarks showcased by AMD in the advanced briefing were run under Windows. Unfortunately I don't have my hands on any AMD Radeon PRO hardware and thus not able to report on the Linux performance and support experience. But at least with recent versions of the Linux kernel there should be upstream open-source driver support available at least as far as RadeonSI Gallium3D and AMDVLK are concerned. AMD will presumably have out a new AMD Radeon Software for Linux packaged driver stack too for providing Radeon PRO W7800/W7900 graphics card support on enterprise Linux distributions.

These cards are slated to be available this quarter. That's all there is for you today until if/when having any new Linux specifics or benchmark data to report.
