From the range of early Linux gaming tests done both for native titles and under Steam Play with DXVK, all three tested RDNA2 graphics cards came out 8% faster overall for the particular set of games/configurations tested. Not bad at all for just minor visual quality loss, but again it will be more interesting to see this feature for lower-end parts once RDNA2 arrives for APUs and any lower-tier RX 6000 series products.
