Switching to the RadeonSI NIR code did boost the average frame-rates in a number of recent OpenGL Linux games, but the minimum frame-rates did drop along this non-default code path.
Fortunately, in many games, the dip in minimum frame-rate was quite small.
In some OpenGL games, the performance was indifferent between TGSI and NIR.
