AVX / AVX2 / AVX-512 Performance + Power On Intel Rocket Lake

DAPHNE, the Darmstadt Automotive Parallel Heterogeneous Suite was enjoying faster performance with AVX-512 and proving worthwhile with only slightly lower power efficiency.

Cpuminer-Opt and Crypt++ also enjoyed the AVX-512 performance gains at the cost of greater power use.

RNNoise as the neural network for audio noise reduction test did perform slightly better with AVX-512. This single-threaded test did lead to measurably higher power use.
