AMD Vega 8 Graphics Performance On Linux With The Ryzen 3 2200G
First up are a few of the OpenGL games/benchmarks for testing and then the Steam Linux titles.
The open-source ET: Legacy game letting Wolfenstein Enemy Territory continue to live on in 2018. The Ryzen 3 2200G in this came was just a few frames slower than the Ryzen 5 2400G and still runs much better than the tested Intel graphics processors, including the Iris Pro 6200.
With the more demanding Unigine OpenGL workload, there was a greater difference in performance between the 2200G and 2400G, but this $99 APU is still beating out the current-generation Intel graphics hardware.
Like with yesterday's 2400G graphics results, it's only with Xonotic on high quality settings at 1080p where the Iris Pro 6200 managed to beat out the Vega graphics...
Xonotic with the more intense settings sided with these Ryzen 2000 series APUs.
