For the Blender 3D rendering performance, Windows Server 2016/2019 was on par with the latest Windows 10 build to being slightly behind.
Windows Server did end up being faster than Windows 10 at the time to run various Git revision control system commands, but that too was still behind the Linux performance.
No real changes in the other previous shown benchmarks either, all of that data being exposed in a fully transparent, automated, and reproducible manner via OpenBenchmarking.org. Of all the tests run in total, Intel's Clear Linux was the fastest 54% of the time followed by openSUSE Tumbleweed at 22%, Antergos 18.3 and Ubuntu each at 8%, and the remaining 4% for Windows.
