Chromium Now Enables GTK3 For 32-Bit Builds

The Chromium/Chrome web-browser should now be seeing GTK3 support flipped on for those relying upon 32-bit builds.

With this change in place, GTK3 is now turned on for Chrome 32-bit builds.

There was this bug cited as a reason why the 32-bit build didn't have GTK3 enabled, but viewing the details of that bug report are restricted.
