Coreboot 4.5 Officially Released

Coreboot 4.5 is now available as the latest version of this open-source BIOS/firmware implementation project for those looking toward the bi-annual releases rather than Git.

Coreboot 4.5 features many toolchain updates, support for the ADA language, TPM 2.0 support, several new drivers, various vendor code clean-up, payload updates, and support for 13 new motherboards.

Among the new board support in Coreboot 4.5 is an AMD Mullins Evaluation Board, Apple iMac 5.2, Lenovo N21 Chromebook, AOpen Chromebox, Acer Chromebox CXI2, Google Reef Apollolake, and a few others.
