CryENGINE 5.4 Now Available With Vulkan Beta Support

Crytek today has shipped the exciting CryENGINE 5.4 game engine update.

CryENGINE 5.4 is the most exciting CryENGINE update in a while as it brings a beta Vulkan renderer. There are also many other improvements with this release. The CryENGINE 5.4 release is in beta and complementary to the engine's existing DirectX 12 support.

CryENGINE 5.4 also presents Substance designer integration, terrain system upgrades, a new entity component system, new C# templates, upgrades to the asset system, new anti-aliasing options, and a range of other improvements.
