The Fedora Engineering and Steering Committee has approved of glibc 2.25 to ship in Fedora 26.

Glibc 2.25 was released earlier this month with a variety of additions and improvements. Glibc 2.25 adds getrandom() and getentropy() functions, new math functions, most of glibc can now be built with the stack smashing protector, and a variety of other changes to this important part of the GNU stack.
