Unvanquished Prepares For A Great 2013

The Unvanquished open-source game is preapring for a great year ahead and for kicking off the New Year they will soon be releasing Unvanquished Alpha 11.

Among the improvements coming for the next monthly Alpha release of this open-source game is various mapping updates, updates to the first person shooter's bots, packaging improvements, GLEW 1.9, and various asset improvements.

Among the notable highlights for this open-source game is its OpenGL 3.x renderer and actually good graphics / art assets.

Details on the January update to Unvanquished can be found at Unvanquished.net. While this game has been making great progress, they are still years from beta.

The project also shared they will be making some "big announcement" on 30 December.
