The One Hardware Company Hammering Linux The Most

HARDWARE
There's one company hammering for more Linux hardware test data even more than myself...

Month by month there tends to be one hardware company that benefits from the Phoronix Test Suite and OpenBenchmarking.org the most even without an official support contract...

This has been going on for months. Of course, there's nothing wrong of them in making full-use of the Linux benchmarking software made available under the GNU GPLv3... I make it totally free, after all. Some months, it's just not Thunderhill but also other NVIDIA sub-domains that amount the top two or three requests to Phoronix Test Suite and OpenBenchmarking.org data.... They're pulling through massive data pools that even beat myself in pulling data overall while working on this benchmarking software daily, as shown by GitHub.

They at least provide desktop graphics card samples and in the past Tegra 3 Cardhu samples, which technically is a different entity from Phoronix.com, albeit mostly handled by myself. They at least also provide more GPU samples than AMD for Linux GPU testing.

Anyhow, if you as an organization frequently find yourself pulling from the Phoronix Test Suite / OpenBenchmarking.org, you really should look at the public documentation to make use of download-caches, etc. That's really the main point of the story as besides NVIDIA there is also a number of other Fortune 500 companies frequently pulling from this Linux data pool that could make better use of built-in caching, etc, to better the Phoronix Test Suite experience. Of course, if you need any custom engineering or other services for this leading benchmarking software, you can contact us for the range of offerings.
