UBUNTU
Linux 4.2 is now officially powering Ubuntu 15.10.

Linux 4.2 is now the official kernel in the Wily Werewolf package archive ahead of the *buntu 15.10 releases next month. This is the major kernel revision to be used by Ubuntu 15.10 Wily, which is the latest stable release and ships with an exciting number of features. Glad to see Linux 4.2 dropped in for Ubuntu 15.10 rather than the older Linux 4.1 series.

Confirmation of the Linux 4.2 re-base was issued as part of today's Ubuntu kernel team meeting.
