At the rear of the chassis we see that the TJ09 brings the power supply mounting area down below the motherboard once again, and that the TJ09 offers a slide-out motherboard tray that is secured by multiple thumbscrews. The case also offers two pre-drilled holes for running any water cooling tubes to an external radiator. The power supply mounting plate also allows the power supply to be fitted in two different orientations. At the bottom of the case are four extra large foot stands with padding.

Once opening up this chassis, we were very impressed by its internal layout. The four 5.25" drive bays do not have any tool or screw free functionality while the two drive cages are removable via two clips and each cage comes equipped with padding to dampen the vibrations of the hard drive. These drives are also mounted vertically to allow for adequate airflow from the horizontal 120mm fan area between the two cages.

Unlike the TJ06, the TJ09 design is not in a BTX fashion with a 180 degree rotation of the motherboard; however, the power supply is at the bottom of the chassis. For exhaust purposes are a single 120mm fan at the rear of the motherboard and two 120mm exhaust fans at the top of the chassis. The motherboard tray supports Extended ATX / SSI motherboards.
