AMD R600g/RadeonSI Performance On Linux 3.16 With Mesa 10.3-devel

The default settings of the Linux 3.16 kernel and Mesa 10.3-devel were used for testing without setting any non-default environment variables, etc. These performance numbers basically come in line with expectations.
