AMDGPU vs. Radeon GCN 1.0/1.1 Linux 4.10

Starting out, we see no real change in performance for AMDGPU vs. Radeon... Which while it would be lovely seeing some magical performance gain, at least no losses/regressions. But the one change though is with the Radeon R9 290. Similar to my past AMDGPU vs. Radeon testing as well as my R9 290 testing, this Hawaii GPU performs well when using AMDGPU where as with the Radeon DRM it remains in a regressed state. See yesterday's Radeon R9 290 testing update for more details if not familiar with this situation of slow R9 290 performance on my particular card and seemingly only a few other select readers.

CS:GO shows the same situation of no big performance changes with the exception of the R9 290 returning to working well on AMDGPU.

Dota 2 looks like it may be a little big faster on Radeon over AMDGPU, sans of course to the R9 290.

With ET: Legacy we see the Radeon R7 260X performing better with AMDGPU than Radeon but the GCN 1.0 GPUs saw no change in performance.
