Radeon Vulkan Driver Benchmarks: AMDVLK 2018.4.2 vs. AMDGPU-PRO 18.40 vs. Mesa 18.2/19.0

For Feral Interactive's Rise of the Tomb Raider port, the AMDGPU-PRO/AMDVLK Vulkan code was noticeably faster on all three graphics cards tested compared to the RADV Mesa Vulkan driver.

The Talos Principle, the original Vulkan launch title, still sees much better performance with AMDGPU-PRO 18.40 using its proprietary shader compiler compared to even AMDVLK with LLVM. On Vega especially the difference is definitely profound.
