The compiler flags and settings for all software under test remained the same throughout this benchmarking, with the only difference being to upgrade the underlying CentOS Stream 9 installation and sync it against the ISA Baseline and ISA Optimized packages. With the ISA Optimized packages, there were immediate performance gains to find even out of the source-based benchmarks that already were "-march=native" targeted but now enjoying better performance thanks to the optimized OS packages for x86_64-v3.

Xcompact3d Incompact3d benchmark with settings of Input: X3D-benchmarking input.i3d. x86-64-v3 ISA Optimized was the fastest.
Embree benchmark with settings of Binary: Pathtracer ISPC, Model: Asian Dragon. Baseline ISA was the fastest.
SVT-AV1 benchmark with settings of Encoder Mode: Preset 8, Input: Bosphorus 4K. x86-64-v3 ISA Optimized was the fastest.
SVT-AV1 benchmark with settings of Encoder Mode: Preset 12, Input: Bosphorus 4K. x86-64-v3 ISA Optimized was the fastest.
SVT-AV1 benchmark with settings of Encoder Mode: Preset 13, Input: Bosphorus 4K. x86-64-v3 ISA Optimized was the fastest.
VVenC benchmark with settings of Video Input: Bosphorus 4K, Video Preset: Faster. x86-64-v3 ISA Optimized was the fastest.

There were some very nice gains in performance thanks to the ISA Optimized packages while building the benchmarks in the same manner with the same flags each time.
