AMD EPYC Siena was delivering great performance across the range of OpenSSL and John The Ripper cryptography benchmarks carried out. In a few cases the Xeon Gold 6421N came ahead in raw performance but EPYC Siena with its 32 Zen 4C cores was delivering compelling value and energy efficiency.
