When compiling large code-bases with many files like Node.js, the Linux kernel, the Godot Game Engine, and GEM5, there was no measurable impact when running with full disk encryption enabled for the HP Dev One with Ryzen 7 PRO 5850U.

compilation CPU POWER CONSUMPTION

The CPU SoC power consumption was also the same between runs.

For workloads like video encoding/transcoding, even when dealing with large file reads and writes, ultimately the full disk encryption didn't provide any measurable performance difference with disk I/O not representing a sizable portion of the work involved. The CPU SoC power consumption was also unchanged compared to the un-encrypyted runs.
