SQLite's performance among SSDs can sometimes be peculiar as shown by the Toshiba and Samsung results. With this Intel 545s SSD, its performance was good for SQLite and only behind the Corsair Force MP500 and Intel Optane 16GB.

With the random reads via FIO there were around 76k IOPS (right in line with the advertised 75k), which is much slower than the NVMe SSDs and did come in behind the Crucial MX500 525GB SATA 3.0 SSD.

With random writes this Intel SATA 3.0 SSD was coming in at 87.3k IOPS, which was ahead now of the Crucial MX500 and all of the other SATA 3.0 devices but behind the faster (and more expensive) NVMe storage.
