Intel Core i5 13400 Linux Performance - Raptor Lake 10 Cores / 16 Threads For $239

The Core i5 13400 was a nice boost over the Core i5 12400 for the heavy multi-threaded rendering workloads with Blender, but any creator would better productivity with a higher core count processor or using GPU-accelerated rendering.

It was interesting to see the Core i5 13400 continue to have slightly lower power consumption than the Ryzen 5 7600 during testing.

The Core i5 12400 launched in Q1 last year at roughly the same price as the i5-13400, so year-over-year / generationally there is a nice improvement from Alder Lake to Raptor lake with the new model picking up 4 E cores and other refinements.
