Intel Pentium G4600: A Surprising 3.6GHz Kabylake CPU For $90

First up are some OpenGL Linux gaming tests with a few of the lighter-weight titles that can run fine on Intel HD Graphics.

With ET: Legacy the Pentium G4600 was running right behind the Core i3 7100 CPU that has HD Graphics 630 clocking also up to 1.1GHz. The Pentium G4600 graphics were noticeably faster than the earlier Pentium G4400 (Skylake) and Pentium G3258 (Haswell) systems. Even the Core i7 4770K Haswell graphics were much slower.

The Pentium G4600 OpenGL results were quite surprising with showing the evolution of Intel graphics performance on Linux and being almost twice that of the Core i7 4770K's Haswell HD Graphics 4600 and also doing much better than the Pentium G3258 and G4400.

And the demanding Unigine Valley test for kicks...

Overall the Pentium G4600 results weren't that bad and a nice upgrade even if you are currently on Haswell integrated.
