Here are some manual tests of some of the newer Linux OpenGL games:

While at least the Intel Mesa driver on Linux can now handle running these OpenGL 4.x games, the performance is miserable if comparing the numbers to Windows 10 on this Core i5 6600K system with HD Graphics 530. These test results today show the Intel Mesa driver making performance improvements in addition to finally catching up with the OpenGL 4.x support, but overall the performance for this latest-generation Intel desktop hardware is still noticeably well behind Windows. Hopefully more Intel Mesa performance optimizations are en route now that they're nearly done with OpenGL 4.5, we know at least Collabora will be working on some improvements.
