Linux 4.11-rc1 + Mesa 17.1 Git Tests With AMDGPU+RadeonSI/RADV

Civilization VI was behaving a bit strangely on the RX 480 and R9 Fury, but under the Linux 4.11 kernel the performance is better. However, there is still much room for improvement and even with Linux 4.11 + Mesa Git, the RX 480 and R9 Fury were running at the same speed.

No changes to see out of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

No changes to see with DiRT Rally.
