The Serious Sam 3 BFE game though does still run on RADV going back to Mesa 13.0.6.

As you can see, the performance has advanced a great deal for RADV since this open-source Radeon Vulkan driver premiered in Mesa 13.0.

Talos Principle also shows off how from Mesa 17.0 to 18.0 especially the performance is a whole lot better.
