Mesa 18.0/18.1/18.2 RadeonSI + RADV Benchmark Comparison With Radeon RX 580 / R9 Fury / RX Vega 64

First up was the demanding OpenGL Linux game Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Most notable from the first run is the performance regression present against the Mesa 18.2-dev build... There's a very noticeable drop in performance.

With higher quality settings, a noticeable performance difference remained while the rendering quality appeared the same.

Dota 2 with Vulkan RADV at 1440p was basically the same throughout...

When running Dota 2 with Vulkan at 4K, the results were basically the same with the exception of the Radeon RX Vega 64 now being faster under Mesa 18.2-dev.
