Counter-Strike: Global Offensive came in under 60 FPS at 4K while with the RTX 2060 the average frame-rate was up at 154 FPS. Going from the GTX 960 to GTX 1060 was a 65% improvement in the frame-rate while going from the GTX 1060 to RTX 2060 came in at 52% for this not too GPU demanding game.
Portal is certainly less GPU demanding but a game where the GTX 760 could run at 4K at around 120 FPS...
But even for this lightweight game by today's standards, the power efficiency has evolved nicely up through the RTX 2060.
Dota 2 has also evolved nicely from the days of the GTX 760 Kepler.
