With OpenBenchmarking.org you can very easily find Linux compatible hardware using the OpenBenchmarking.org Product Finder. Hardware can be search based not only on tested operating system but also the kernel / driver and the product price.

As detailed months ago, and is already visible in Phoronix.com articles, the graphs created by Iveland and OpenBenchmarking.org are new and much cleaner. Graphs from OpenBenchmarking.org can also be dynamically embedded onto other pages with gaining automatic SVG/PNG/HTML support depending upon browser (though this is currently disabled) along with other rich viewing capabilities (such as turning a graph into a table dynamically) depending upon the web-browser.

Users can directly compare the performance of multiple test results via a couple clicks, find similar hardware components, and discover new hardware that may suit their needs.

Comparing results side-by-side is just as easy as making a few clicks.

When viewing a set of uploaded test results, OpenBenchmarking.org will also find other uploaded results that match the given set of tests and their options so that you can simply and accurately compare results.

When viewing any result file, OpenBenchmarking.org will find results that are directly comparable. You can also narrow down the displayed matches using a search function.

As said already, no test profiles or suites ship with the Phoronix Test Suite anymore, they all live in the OpenBenchmarking.org cloud. This also makes it easy to access third-party test profiles and suites, that can be created and uploaded by any individual or organization -- no longer is there a single "gate keeper" for letting tests in nor are there manual steps to distributing tests and suites.
