Windows 10 vs. Ubuntu Radeon Gaming Performance With Linux 4.13 + Mesa 17.2
Xonotic is also now leaning in favor of the Radeon Linux performance for this popular open-source game forked years ago from Nexuiz.

With ultra image quality settings, the latest AMDGPU+RadeonSI numbers are still looking good and ahead of Windows.
But when hitting ultimate image quality settings, the Radeon RX 580 was riding behind Windows 10 by a few frames. The Radeon R9 Fury meanwhile was 15% faster with the latest open-source Linux driver than Radeon Software.
