Radeon Vulkan RADV ACO vs. LLVM vs. AMDVLK

Right out of the bat with Strange Brigade at 1440p medium settings, RADV + ACO allowed squeezing a slightly higher frame-rate but most interesting was the minimum frame-rate was 18% higher than RADV or 88% higher than AMDVLK.

Via the Phoronix Test Suite the overall run-time was also recorded, which includes the time to not only compile the shaders but also run the tests, etc. Interestingly the RADV-ACO combination did indeed run the fastest (thus the quickest load time considering the AMDVLK frame-rate average was higher) and with less deviation between runs compared to RADV-LLVM or AMDVLK.

The RADV-ACO quicker load times and higher minimum frame-rates continued carrying over to the more demanding scenes for Strange Brigade along with slightly higher frame-rates, which sometimes were ahead of AMDVLK.
