This was just a very basic Linux disk performance comparison against a few other SATA 3.0 SSDs I picked up recently; just some quick tests given that this wasn't a formal review sample, etc.

In looking at the results, the Silicon Power performance does appear decent in coming out ahead of the ADATA SP600 and OCZ TRION 100 as the other low-end SSDs while the OCZ Vertex 3 is a higher-end solid-state drive.
