Chrome 48 To Bring Presentation API & Custom Notification Button Work

Following this week's release of Chrome 47, Google has announced the beta release of Chrome 48.

Google's Chrome 47 Beta release brings support for the Presentation API and Cast Web SDK to allow sites to more control nearby devices in a "presenter" mode, there is support for custom buttons on push notifications, detection support for maximum connection speeds, WebRTC now supports VP9, and there is a wide variety of other changes.
