It's been a year and a half since the original KDE Frameworks 5 release and more KDE applications continue to be ported over to this modern framework alongside Qt5. The latest to be ported over is KTorrent.

If you use KTorrent for your Linux distribution ISOs or other software, the latest Git code and from kdesrc-build now has KTorrent ported over to KDE Frameworks 5. Basic torrent functionality should be working except that the KF5 version of KTorrent doesn't yet seem to handle plug-ins.

More details via this blog post by KDE developer Nick Shaforostoff.
