For those using openSUSE Leap rather than the Tumbleweed rolling-release flavor, the Leap 42.2 Beta 1 release is now available for your testing pleasure.

OpenSUSE 42.2 Beta 1 is mostly in sync with SUSE Linux Enterprise 12 RC2 and over the earlier alphas there are more bug fixes and a lot of updated packages.

More details on today's beta release can be found via the opensuse-factory list. OpenSUSE Leap 42.2 is currently scheduled for release on 18 November.
