Cooling The Raspberry Pi 4 With The Fan SHIM & FLIRC For Better Performance
Both the Fan SHIM and FLIRC were performing very well based upon whether you're after an active cooler or just a passive cooler that doubles as a case/enclosure.
It's quite clear from these results that the small aluminum heatsinks that used to be sufficient for Raspberry Pi cooling are no longer the case.
Unless you don't mind thermal throttling, you really need a quality cooling solution to go with the Raspberry Pi 4.
