Clear Linux with its fine tuning easily won hands down against the eight other Linux distributions. To some surprise, Solus and Void Linux were in a more distant last place compared to the other Linux distributions.

There wasn't a lot of difference in the Golang HTTP benchmark except for Fedora Workstation running slower than the rest while Sabayon Linux carried a small lead.

For Go's garbage collection benchmark, Clear Linux was the fastest while Ubuntu 18.10 was the slowest though not with a lot of variation in the results.

In the Java-based DaCapo benchmarks, Clear Linux and Debian Testing (Buster) had narrow first place finishes.
