With the OpenJDK Java benchmarks, Linux continues to outperform Windows 11 most often as we typically see in these cross-OS comparisons.

Surprisingly in the LZ4 compression benchmarks, Windows 11 was yielding much faster performance than Ubuntu Linux.

JPEG-XL Decoding libjxl benchmark with settings of CPU Threads: 1. Ubuntu 24.04 + Linux 6.10 was the fastest.
JPEG-XL Decoding libjxl benchmark with settings of CPU Threads: All. Windows 11 was the fastest.

With JPEG-XL image decoding, Ubuntu was faster than Windows at single-threaded decode but for multi-threaded decode is where surprisingly Microsoft Windows came out ahead.
