FreeBSD 13 BETA Benchmarks - Performance Is Much Better
With our past BSD vs. Linux benchmarks, FreeBSD and others have generally come up short during our Linux tests... But with FreeBSD 13 it will be very interesting to see how the performance now compares.
Rust workloads were another non-C/C+ seeing big speed-ups too, likely leading additional weight it's due to P-State / power management improvements or some of the other kernel optimizations taking place.
