Linux vs. BSD CPU Scaling Up To 20 Threads On The Core i9 7900X

NAS Parallel Benchmarks' EP.B test is for "embarrassingly parallel" but doesn't show any surprises of the tested Linux distributions. Clear Linux was again in front.

John The Ripper was slightly slower on DragonFly 4.8 compared to the tested Linux distributions. Ubuntu 17.04 ended up leading the way here.

With the TTSIOD renderer, DragonFly 4.8's performance dropped when using 20 threads (with Hyper Threading). TrueOS Stable meanwhile kept scaling up through 20 threads as did the other operating systems. Clear Linux and Fedora 26 were running neck-and-neck here with the full capabilities of the Core i9 7900X.
