Intel Core i7 1280P Windows 11 vs. Ubuntu vs. Clear Linux Performance

Windows 11 on the Core i7 1280P laptop still picked up the occasional win, but rather rare especially up against Clear Linux in the mix.

Clear Linux's various performance tuning patches and other optimizations were paying off on this Alder Lake P laptop even when defaulting to the P-State powersave governor like the other distributions for mobile/laptop hardware.
