While the processor performance out of the Ryzen 5 3400G wasn't anything special in 2019 with being Zen+ compared to the super compelling Zen 2, the graphics are at least quite capable out of the 3400G with Radeon RX Vega 11. As mentioned already, the 3400G / RX Vega 11 has been acting fine under Linux with the latest software components and without any troubles compared to the previous-generation Raven Ridge.

Even going up against the more powerful Core i9 9900K with the very common UHD Graphics 630, the Ryzen 5 3400G offers much better graphics capabilities on Linux:

It was common seeing ~10%+ better graphics performance on the Ryzen 5 3400G compared to the Ryzen 5 2400G and sometimes more than twice as fast as the UHD Graphics 630 on Ubuntu Linux.
